Burnout has long been a serious concern in the medical profession, and COVID-19 has exacerbated the problem. Join DFA as we explore practical solutions to support medical providers dealing with a wide range of obstacles, from long hours, to stressful situations, to lack of opportunities for self-care.
Our December Advocacy Grand Rounds session will focus on these takeaways:
- Identify three administrative approaches to sustaining physicians in sustained crisis
- Identify the primary reasons physicians are called to the practice of medicine
- Identify emotional and spiritual tactics to help physicians retain their meaning and purpose (call) to medicine and support one another
This session will feature content from the book: Physician Well-Being During Sustained Crisis | AdventHealth Press | AdventHealth. DFA members can use code DFA40 to receive 40% off through December 31st, 2021. This includes free shipping in the continental U.S.
This event is FREE for DFA members and will be $20 for non-members beginning January 2022. To become a DFA member, please click here.
