Providing Care Post Dobbs: Legal Considerations for Clinicians

Session Description:
One year after the fall of Roe, there is little clarity on the legal and practical implications of the Dobbs decision for clinicians seeking to support patients’ reproductive health care. Members of Doctors for America, the Committee of Interns and Residents (CIR), and attorneys from RAAP (Regulatory Assistance for Abortion Providers) are joining forces to help providers shield themselves from potential liability while still providing evidence-based care. The training will include expertise from lawyers and physicians to help providers navigate this complex space through discussions, skill-building, and a toolkit.
This 2-hour session will be quite informative and has been approved for 1 CME.
