Physician’s Role in Prevention of Unsafe Firearm Storage

If a patient has firearms in the home, clinicians need to know how to have conversations about the importance of safe storage and the options available. Join us for a panel discussion with a physician, a lawyer, and an advocate who each have been impacted by unsafe storage of firearms. Physicians and medical trainees will learn evidence-based actions they can take to have critical conversations with patients, colleagues and the community.
