Join us this month as we work on submitting comments to CMS on Streamlining Eligibility & Enrollment Notice of Propose Rulemaking (NPRM)
This is an important attempt by HHS leadership to remove state’s administrative barriers to that make it difficult for eligible people to enroll in Medicaid/CHIP or renew their enrollment. Many states have long used these methods to indirectly keep their Medicaid rolls down, especially during economic downturns. This is a key access to care issue and your comments are needed!
Plus, we will discuss on how to engage on the implementation of the health care provisions in the Inflation Reduction Act, drug pricing legislation in Virginia and Medicaid expansion in SD, NC and KS.
