What You Can Do
We look forward to working with you to advance decriminalization and liberation!
Share Your Stories
Stories are the most powerful way change happens. Have you met a patient with a compelling story of why women’s health matters? You can speak for her – protect her identity and make sure the world knows what is happening to real people! Share your story in a blog, letter to the editor, op ed, or on Facebook or Twitter. The more people hear the stories, the more we can create real change.
Contact Your Elected Officials
Make sure your elected officials know how you feel: your representatives at the city, state, and federal level are responsible to you – whether you share their views or not. Make sure your views are counted. You can contact them by phone, email, in person, or tweet!
Work Together
Get together with others (safely, of course!): there’s always power (and fun!) in numbers. Host a virtual or socially distant gathering of other people who care about women’s health access so you can brainstorm together what action you can take. If you have a great idea that takes off, share with us, and maybe we can spread it nationally!
Reach Out to Local Organizations
Ask your local Planned Parenthood how you can get involved.
