Gun violence continues to happen in our schools and communities across the country. Doctors for America urges you to contact your local lawmakers and ask them to support policies that make our communities safer. In addition, we need your help to write and submit an Op-Ed on the gun violence epidemic in America and the impact on your community to share with your local newspaper.

As members of Doctors for America, we are all committed to health for all, creating a health system in our country that is universal, simple, and affordable. The Senate Budget Resolution passed on August 9 and includes a number of major steps in that direction.
