Influence Skills: Legislative Conversations on Reproductive Rights

We are excited to present a special workshop on speaking with legislators on reproductive rights. Please register below. For those who were present at the last Influence Skills training, you will know that this will not be typical legislative training on reproductive rights – but rather influence skills training for effective conversations that can change minds.
Most discussions about abortions lead to debate and accusations, resulting in circular conversations that leave each person’s views more deeply ingrained. This workshop will prepare you to more effectively engage conversations with legislators about reproductive rights. In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll:
• Gain awareness of how we tend to communicate & persuade others
• Learn tools to better engage in these conversations
• Understand effective messaging on this topic
• Analyze and practice real conversations
